Welcome to ClassKite!
ClassKite is a simple activity registration tool that lets you effortlessly post program details, accept class registrations, and manage student enrollments. We prioritize easy-to-use design so that you can use ClassKite alongside your existing processes.
In this guide, you will learn how to quickly start accepting class registrations on ClassKite.
Things to know
Before you jump into the tasks ahead, here are a few helpful things to know.
- ClassKite is a web-based application that works in most web browsers, which means you don’t need to download or install any software on your computer. While it can be used on a mobile device or tablet, it is designed for the best experience on desktop computers.
- ClassKite specializes in accepting class registrations, and is meant to be used alongside your existing processes. It does not message customers on your behalf, or accept payments. (Although those features are coming soon!)
- While we pride ourselves on easy to use design, if you ever need help getting setup, you can always set up a 1:1 video call for additional onboarding support: click here!
Setup your account
When you signup for a ClassKite account, we’ll send you an activation email. When you receive the activation email, click the link to setup your password. (If you don’t receive the activation email within 30-60 minutes, please check your spam folder or email us at email@example.com)
Your school name, your email address, and your phone number that you enter at signup will be shown on your main registration page.
To update this information, go to your dashboard and click on the arrow in the top right corner and select “Account”. On the Account page, click on “School details”, and then “Edit”. Here, you’ll be able to update all the school details that your customers will see:
- School name
- Phone number
- Contact email
- Website (if you have another non-ClassKite site)
Click “Save changes” and all your updates will be shown on the main registration page for customers to see.
💡 Tip: You can always check how your site looks like to customers by clicking on your school’s name in the top right corner of the dashboard!
